DELIVERY DATE & TIME
 
For orders within Singapore, we offer a range of delivery time slots. Please refer to the table below for the available timings:

Monday – Sunday     9am to 3pm
1pm to 8pm
4pm to 10pm

Orders placed and confirmed by 1600hrs (GMT+8) on working days will be processed on the same day, while orders placed and confirmed after 1600hrs (GMT+8) will be processed on the next working day. Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, which do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. You will receive your order in 3 - 5 working days after it has been processed.

Deliveries are made Monday through Sunday, except for Public Holidays.

Your preferred delivery date and time serve as an estimation and are not guaranteed, for reasons such as an increase in delivery volume, online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorisation and stock availability. If we are unable to deliver your order at your preferred time slot, we strive to deliver your order on the same day.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We accept deliveries to hotels. You will have to provide the room number and local contact information. Deliveries will only be made to the Hotel Reception, and you are required to inform the reception of a pending delivery. Once the order has been delivered to the reception, it will be deemed as delivered. PEDROSHOES.COM shall not be held responsible for any lost orders due after acceptance of the goods by the reception counter.

We are unable to ship orders to restricted locations in Singapore including: Changi Air Freight Center, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal Wharves – Tanjong Pagar / Pasir Panjang / Sembawang and MINDEF COMCEN.

Please note that we do not ship orders to any PO Box, military and protected areas. Delivery charges for failed attempted delivery to such restricted areas will be borne by you.

Delivery Failure
Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. Rerouting delivery charges due to an incorrect or non-existent delivery address will be borne by you.

You may view your order status in ‘My Orders’ under ‘My Account’ upon signing in.
Your order status is reflected next to your order number.

Processing Your order is currently being processed
Picked Your item(s) is currently being picked
Shipped Your order has been sent to the designated courier company. You will receive a notification email with tracking number sent to you
On hold Your order is currently pending for more information before we are able to proceed with your order
Pending Cancellation Your request for cancellation has been received
Cancelled Your order has been cancelled


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you may track your order in ‘My Orders’ under ‘My Account’ upon signing in.

Click on the ‘View Order’ button that corresponds to your order number, and select ‘Shipment’ to view your tracking number. Alternatively, you may refer to the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email.

Thereafter, you may refer to the ‘Shipped By’ field to identify the designated courier company and visit the respective online tracking system of the designated courier company.

Kindly note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the online tracking system of the designated courier company.


DUTIES & TAXES (Singapore Only)

For delivery in Singapore, the local sales tax (GST of 7%) is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Singapore tax regulations. You are not required to pay for any additional costs. There will not be hidden costs billed upon delivery.
