We offer Standard Delivery and Express Delivery for international orders.
Delivery and processing fees are calculated based on flat-rate delivery charges according to your preferred mode of delivery. Shipment modes may be different for each delivery destination.

Standard Delivery
With Standard Delivery, your order will arrive approximately within the number of days as listed in the tables below from the day you place your order. Order tracking services are available for Standard Delivery. Unless otherwise stated, all Additional Charges is the responsibility of the recipient or you.

Express Delivery
With Express Delivery, your order will be processed and shipped with the highest priority. Your order will arrive approximately within the number of days as listed in the table below from the day you place your order. Order tracking services are available for Express Delivery. All Additional Charges shall be paid by PEDROSHOES.COM. There shall be no additional fees payable by you when your package arrives at its final destination.

DELIVERY DATE
 
Orders placed and confirmed by 0900 (GMT+8) will be processed on the same day, while orders placed and confirmed after 0900 (GMT+8) on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day. Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays in Singapore.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, except for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays in Singapore.

PEDROSHOES.COM strives to deliver your order within the delivery date you have selected. Please note that the expected delivery date is at our best approximation and will vary with circumstances such as shipping restrictions, customs clearance, payment authorization, online security checks and stock availability.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We accept deliveries to hotels. You will have to provide the room number and local contact information. Deliveries will only be made to the Hotel Reception, and you are required to inform the reception of a pending delivery. Once the order has been delivered to the reception, it will be deemed as delivered. PEDROSHOES.COM shall not be held responsible for any lost orders due after acceptance of the goods by the reception counter.

Please note that we do not ship orders to any PO Box, military and protected areas. Delivery charges for failed attempted delivery to such restricted areas will be borne by you.

Delivery Failure
Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. Rerouting delivery charges due to an incorrect or non-existent delivery address will be borne by you.

You may view your order status in ‘My Orders’ under ‘My Account’ upon signing in.
Your order status is reflected next to your order number.

Picked Your item(s) is currently being picked
Shipped Your order has been sent to the designated courier company. You will receive a notification email with tracking number sent to you
On hold Your order is currently pending for more information before we are able to proceed with your order

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you may track your order in ‘My Orders’ under ‘My Account’ upon signing in.
Click on the ‘View Order’ button that corresponds to your order number, and select ‘Shipment’ to view your tracking number. Alternatively, you may refer to the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email.

Thereafter, you may refer to the ‘Shipped By’ field to identify the designated courier company and visit the respective online tracking system of the designated courier company.

Kindly note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the online tracking system of the designated courier company.


DUTIES & TAXES

PEDROSHOES.COM will pay for all Additional Charges for orders shipped to:
Australia, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Taiwan, United Kingdom and United States of America.
NOTE: PEDROSHOES.COM will pay for all Additional Charges for orders shipped to Cambodia, placed from 12am (GMT +8) on 14 October 2015 until a limited time only.

For Standard Delivery, all additional charges including but not limited to any handling charges imposed by the carrier, customs handling charges, Goods and Services Tax and Value-added Tax (“Additional Charges”) shall be your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

For Express Delivery, all Additional Charges will be the responsibility of PEDROSHOES.COM.

Please note that shipping and handling charges do not account for all Additional Charges.

All items entering a foreign country (outside of Singapore) may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of taxes and duties in accordance with local regulations.

PEDROSHOES.COM is not able to determine these costs at checkout.

Any Additional Charges charged or collected by external parties cannot be refunded in any form by PEDROSHOES.COM. Please check with your local authorities on your tax responsibilities and rights.

In the event that taxes and/or duties are incurred and if you refuse to accept delivery of the shipment, you shall be responsible for payment of all return charges, inclusive of any return taxes and/or duties incurred. These charges will be deducted from the initial payment before a refund will be issued.

In the event that taxes and/or duties are incurred in any shipment and where PEDROSHOES.COM’s assigned delivery agent pays such taxes and/or duties on your behalf, you shall be liable to pay the tax and/or duties amount to the delivery agent upon receipt of the shipment.

The sender shall be responsible for all taxes and/or duties imposed by the customs authorities for any returns of goods to PEDROSHOES.COM. Should the returned item(s) be deemed not to be in its original condition, PEDROSHOES.COM reserves all rights to return the item to the sender at the sender's cost.

Eligibility of tax refunds
We do not accept tax refund for purchases made at PEDROSHOES.COM.

Customs Clearance
PEDROSHOES.COM is committed to deliver your order at the soonest in a responsible way in compliance with the rules and regulations of the authorities at the delivery destination. Orders containing restricted materials might be denied delivery due to a country’s regulatory restrictions.

Please check with your local authorities on the relevant import regulations before placing an order. PEDROSHOES.COM shall not be held responsible for any delays in orders delivery due to actions by the authorities at the delivery destination.

Payment Authorization
For every order made at PEDROSHOES.COM, all payments are not processed until the day of shipment.

Online Security Check
Online Security Check is a PEDROSHOES.COM preventive measure against credit card fraud transactions.

It aims to protect our customers from unauthorized and fraudulent dealings. We might request for additional information and documents for payment verification.

In such situations, your order(s) might be delayed. PEDROSHOES.COM seeks your kind understanding in the delay of the shipment as a result of online security checks.

We may contact you for more information. In addition, we may require additional time for the processing of a larger order, inspection and packing of items and we appreciate your kind understanding in any delay of shipment.
