When it comes to parenting, Yvette is a total boss. She will do whatever works best for her family as she strong believes that there is no
set rules on how to raise children. She shares “I know we will make mistakes and probably have done so, but as long as they feel loved
at the end of the day, that’s the main thing.” And we couldn’t agree more.

Their favourite pastime Their favourite pastime
The twins are water babies (they are both Aquarius). They love nothing more than spending time at the beach
playing in the sand and swimming and splashing around.

They particularly like when their father goes underwater - when he does that his moniker is “daddy fish”. When it comes
to the cheekier one it really depends on what day you’re asking. In true twin fashion, they take it in turns!

On raising little ladies.. On raising little ladies..
I don’t think we do anything particularly different outside the norms of parenting
- we just watch them grow into the little ladies they are becoming but try to instill good values and encourage politeness.

One thing we understand is that they are not mini-mes
- they are their own unique humans who will one day
make their own judgments and all we can do is love
and support them along the way.

What a mom of twins actually mean.. What a mom of twins actually mean..
The saying “double trouble” comes to mind! Jokes aside, while it is a lot of work, I think having twins is so special and I can’t imagine life any other way. My husband has twin brothers so he is a twin expert and grew up with this dynamic.

My mother-in-law has given me many helpful tips including always buy two of everything, but make sure it’s identical to help avoid fighting over one item. For me, I lean into the whole twin thing fashion-wise, I mean who doesn’t think matchy-matchy looks so adorable (and easier to plan outfits)!
