Within my works I abstract instances from everyday life which draws from memories and reminiscences centred around intimacy. They thread between fact and fiction, as I compose and weave together images into a textured landscape often telling solitary narratives. Through this exploration of the autobiographical, I hope to gain a deeper understanding of myself and the influences that govern our perception.

The body of work presented for The Journal, is a series of images that were conceptualised from thinking about everyday objects and configurations which we commonly encounter them. These encounters situate the viewer within a domestic space, as they navigate through the images frame by frame. Possibly eluding to a bigger narrative composition.
