Atome is a “buy now, pay later” payment option available at PEDRO, applicable exclusively for online orders. Atome splits your bill into three equal payments - with only ⅓ upfront payment upon purchase, and the remainder will be equally deducted from your linked card, in the next two months.

HOW TO USE ATOME ONLINE

Add items to your cart and checkout as normal.

Select Atome as your payment method - you will be redirected to the Atome website.

We recommend checking out via the Atome app for the best user experience.

The Atome app will launch automatically and you will be directed to the payment confirmation page.

Tap “Voucher” and select any applicable voucher or apply a promo code.

Tap “Atome+” to redeem any existing Atome+ loyalty points to offset your bill. It is possible to stack Atome+ rebates and a voucher within a single transaction.

Ensure that the total final amount is accurate. Select ‘Pay’ to confirm.

Who can use Atome

Atome is available as a payment option if you:

Are at least 18 years of age
Currently reside in Hong Kong
Have a mobile phone number registered under your Hong Kong ID
Use a Hong Kong-issued credit or debit card to make the purchase.

Is there a minimum or maximum spend for Atome?

To have Atome as an available payment option, the minimum cart value must be at least HK$100. Maximum amount varies individually with the Atome credit scoring system.

Can I return purchases paid for using Atome?

Yes. Please ensure item(s) are in compliance with PEDRO’s returns policy. You may wish to find out more here.

If you have already made one or more payments, that amount will be refunded to the credit / debit card used to place the order.

Can repayment date be pushed back?

Not under normal circumstances, but if you are facing technical difficulties or other challenges preventing you from paying on time, please get in touch with atome as soon as possible.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you missed a scheduled payment, you will be required to pay all your outstanding amounts with an HK$100 administration fee charge by Atome and your account will be freeze until the outstanding amounts are paid.

To reactivate your account, you will need to pay all the outstanding amounts and the HK$100 administration fee.
