GENERAL TRANSACTION TERMS

Return and Refund Policy Customers can initiate warranty services when using the services of the website https://www.pedroshoes.com/vn. Warranty Procedure: When requiring warranty or service support, customers will contact our service and support centers. Our customer care staff will advise and assist customers in the warranty process and service support. Upon receiving the warranty information requested by the customer, the technical department of https://www.pedroshoes.com/vn will provide assistance in resolving the issue within 24 hours via phone, email, or direct support through TeamViewer. We will proceed with the necessary steps to assess service quality and proceed with warranty or refund as per the customer's request. We will refund the customer in the manner they made the payment:

  • If the customer paid via bank transfer, we will refund to the account used for payment, equal to the amount of the purchased service.
  • If the customer paid in person, we suggest the customer visit the company to receive the refund (Our support staff will contact the customer to schedule an appointment)

1.    Quality & Inspection & Policy

Receive all products + accessories + relevant documents. Note: Keep all documents for transactions with https://www.pedroshoes.com/vn staff for cross-checking when necessary. Keep the product in new condition 100% as originally to be eligible for the 7-day return policy.

2.3     Customers are advised to check the goods and sign for the condition with https://www.pedroshoes.com/vn staff immediately upon receipt. 2.4     Keep the product in new condition 100% as originally to be eligible for the 7-day return policy. https://www.pedroshoes.com/vn will not accept returns/exchanges when:

2.5     Devices or products are worn out, dismantled, broken, missing packaging, or incomplete accessories.

2.6     Products are scratched, dirty, yellowed, or have chip burns (products must be 100% intact according to the manufacturer's standards).

2.7     Customers want to change the type, model without prior notice.

2.8     Customers cause external damage, such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.

2.9     Customers operate incorrectly, causing damage to the goods.

2.10     Customers do not comply with the requirements to enjoy the warranty policy (e.g., not sending the warranty form to the specified location within the stipulated time, if any).

2.11     Customers have checked and signed for the product condition but do not provide feedback within 24 hours from the time of receiving the goods.

4.1.     Conditions for Warranty
Free replacement of equivalent components, in accordance with the correct type and genuine components.
Products that are determined to be damaged due to technical faults from the manufacturer for each brand.
Products still within the warranty period, with complete and clear information such as serial number, machine type, brand, without any alterations or changes by individuals or entities not designated by the company.
Products not falling under the cases of warranty rejection.
Location for warranty product reception at the main headquarters: 189 - 197 Duong Ba Trac, Ward 1, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

4.2    Cases Not Eligible for Warranty
Torn labels, erased labels, alterations, or overlaid with other labels, unclear date, signs of interference, unauthorized repairs. Counterfeit labels, lacking labels issued by https://www.pedroshoes.com/vn.
Products damaged due to natural disasters, fires, explosions, water infiltration, rust, insect damage.
Products damaged by users, such as deformation, breakage, scratches.
