SHE IS LIMITLESS

Celebrating Her Infinite Potential

Not bound by age, profession, or societal expectations, PEDRO spotlights women
who continuously break stereotypes in style and beyond.

This year's global International Women’s Day theme 'Choose to Challenge', underscores the
possibilities we have to challenge gender stereotypes and biases by celebrating the
achievements and infinite potential of women.

By engaging women within our communities to share their stories, we hope to create an
inspiring dialogue that reinforces our commitments to create a more inclusive and
gender equal world – each and every day.

Step into the footsteps of these real women.

PEDRO kicks off She Is Limitless by speaking with five visionaries and industry leaders –
Ong Bee Yan, Kersie Koh, Cheryl Tan, Anne Trads Juel Sauerberg and Winnie Chan.
Each of these women has created paths of their own, with the relentlessness and tenacity,
proving that gender, is well, just gender.

Ong Bee Yan

Co-founder of 1degreeC

Despite retiring at the age of 65, she took on the
challenge to forge a new career through her love
and passion for coffee, into a cold brew business
with her husband.

“I think whatever your age is, don’t be afraid to challenge yourself to try new things. Do it with passion, heart and give of your best. And lastly, believe in yourself.”

Cheryl Tan & Kersie Koh

Co-founders of Clozette

In a male-dominated tech industry, Kersie & Cheryl
challenged themselves to have built a platform for their
online fashion community for like-minded individuals.

“where there’s a will, there will be a way”

Anne Trads Juel Sauerberg

Co-Founder & Creative Director of
Norbreeze Group & Augustberg

To claim a seat on the watch business table,
Anne trusted her intuition and challenged
herself to speak up and trust her instincts
to be heard.

“Speak up, trust yourself, find your own voice
and claim your seat at the table. And when
something goes wrong or you are disappointed,
rest assure that’s okay. It’s a part of the journey, you keep going.”

Winnie Chan

Founder & CEO at Bynd Artisan

Approaching tradition with a fresh, modern perspective, Winnie has been pushing boundaries as she continues her family’s legacy of craftsmanship in book-binding and leather making.

“With more self awareness, we have the power to choose what we focus on — investing our energy on what is within our control, and creating space and time in our days to take better care of ourselves.”
