PEDRO does not offer merchandise for sale through individuals, unauthorised retail locations, Internet auctions, online forums, social media platforms and any other online retailers besides those mentioned above.

If you buy a PEDRO product through an unauthorised dealer, you could be purchasing a counterfeit item which may differ from what was advertised and delivered to you. As a result, you will not enjoy the high-quality standards embodied in the PEDRO brand as well as the benefit of our after-sales service. Counterfeit products do not undergo our inspection or testing processes.

We protect and enforce our intellectual property rights rigorously. We actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies, customs authorities, and third-party platforms to immediately stop the manufacture, shipment, and sales of counterfeit PEDRO products. We also work with domain name registrars to take down fraudulent websites.

To help you find your most suitable size, we recommend that you refer to our Size Guide. Please note that our sizes do not come in half sizes. You can find the Size Guide available on each product page beside the ‘Select Size’ option to help you choose the best fit.

We strive to provide accurate product images and descriptions. However, due to screen settings and lighting, colours may slightly vary. Kindly refer to product details for precise information.

CARE & SERVICES

Repair services are only available at PEDRO retail stores in Singapore. We will do our best to repair the faulty item, depending on its condition. However, this service is not guaranteed for all types of damages.

Our products are made of genuine leather; synthetic fabrics and materials; and metallic accessories which can react to humidity, salt and atmospheric agents. This may cause irreversible wear and tear, so we recommend you to keep your item(s) dry.

Overexposure to light and heat; direct contact with rain; oil and grease (makeup); alcohol (perfume, solvents); and other abrasive products or excessive friction, should be avoided as colour fading may occur. Care should be taken when wearing lightly-coloured garments and/or when storing products with different colours together as the colours may transfer onto each other.

To keep your shoes, bags and accessories clean, wipe them with a soft dry cloth. When they are not in use, store them in a protective bag in a clean, cool and dry place.

All our materials are carefully crafted and sourced for their unique qualities. Any incidental marks, tonal changes and/or textural variances are part of the material’s natural characteristic and should not be considered as imperfections.

Any form of price adjustment to orders is not applicable.

Your order will be packed in a black PEDRO delivery package. Please note that paper bags are not included with delivery orders.

Shoes, belts, wallets, and small leather goods will be placed in an individual box. All other products, including handbags, will be securely sealed within the delivery package.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

PEDROSHOES.COM does not store any customer's credit/debit card information. When you pay by credit/debit card, all credit/debit card information is directly transacted in a secure fashion to CyberSource or PayPal, our payment gateway providers.

We have security measures in place to safeguard your payment details. All credit card information are securely encrypted and stored with our payment gateway Cybersource, a subsidiary company of VISA Inc. This gives a second layer of protection for customers’ credit card information.

PEDROSHOES.COM is fully PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant with sophisticated fraud prevention tools, as well as experienced fraud prevention specialists screening our daily transactions. You also have the option to remove any stored credit cards in ‘My Saved Cards’ under ‘My Account Overview’.

Payment authorisation is confirmation of a cashless payment given during a payment transaction. It may involve the customer entering a PIN in a card transaction. All payments are authorised and captured once your order has been placed.

PAYMENT ISSUE & TROUBLESHOOTING

If your payment is declined, kindly place a new order as we cannot reinstate declined transaction. Verify that your card details, CVV and OTP are correct. If the issue continues, contact your bank or use an alternative payment method.

If your payment has been deducted but you have not received an order confirmation email within the expected time, kindly contact our Customer Care Team with the following details for assistance:

  • Email address used for the order
  • A screenshot of the payment transaction from your account (Please ensure all personal details are appropriately redacted)

All payments made using a debit card will result in two records: authorisation and settlement. You will see both records reflected on your online bank statement. Authorisation refers to funds held by the bank while the payment is in the process of being approved or declined. We want you to love your PEDRO purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  1. Item(s) must be in original condition with tags, packaging and labels intact
  2. A final inspection will be done before your return is accepted
  3. Returns that don’t meet our policy will be sent back at your cost.
  4. If your return affects a Gift With Purchase promotion, the GWP must also be returned. Otherwise, its market value will be charged

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are not available for online purchases. Please submit a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item

Exchanges are subject to in-store stock availability. Items purchased in-store are not eligible for exchange via the online store

Returns are free for online purchases. Submit a return request within 30 days of delivery. Items purchased in physical stores are not eligible for returns.

Selected your preferred date and time slot for the pickup, and submit your return request.
 
 
 
3. Pack Parcel
Once the return request is submitted, fill in the return slip and attach it to the returned items. Please pack the item(s) in its original packaging.

Once your returned item(s) have been received by our Returns Department and have passed the quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note that the exact refund period varies and depends on your bank’s processing period.

If you return your item(s) at one of our retail stores, our staff will assist you with the return process. However, refunds are not issued in-store. The refund will be processed online after your return request has been submitted and approved.

  1. To join us as a member, all you need to do is to make a purchase at either PEDROSHOES.COM (Singapore site) with a registered account or at one of our PEDRO retail stores in Singapore.
  2. You are entitled to a Silver membership if you purchase anything below S$250. If you purchase S$250 and above of PEDRO products in a single receipt, you are entitled to a Platinum membership.
  3. For a Silver member to become a Platinum member, you can either make a one-time purchase of S$250 and above, or accumulate purchases up to a total value of S$500 within a year. You can make your purchases either in-store or online to be eligible for this upgrade. Your transition from Silver to Platinum membership will be automatically activated.

Your membership is non-transferable and valid only for registered customers. Without prejudice to any action, misuse and/or abuse of privileges will result in the termination of membership by PEDRO. Once shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. If the address is incorrect, the parcel may be returned and you will be responsible for both the original and return shipping charges.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to re-deliver the parcel once more.

PEDRO ships from Singapore to selected countries in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Oceania.

For Cambodia and Pakistan, please shop via their respective local online stores. Deliveries must be made to a local address corresponding to the destination country.

We do not ship to PO boxes, military, or protected areas. In Singapore, we are unable to deliver to certain restricted areas such as Changi Airport, Jurong Island, MINDEF COMCEN, and PSA Terminal Wharves (Tanjong Pagar, Pasir Panjang, Sembawang).

Deliveries to hotels are accepted but only to the reception. PEDRO is not responsible for any loss after delivery is accepted by hotel staff.

All Singapore deliveries include local sales tax, which is automatically applied at checkout in accordance with Singapore regulations. You will not incur additional duties, taxes, or hidden charges upon delivery.

Tax refunds are not available for purchases made on PEDROSHOES.COM.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order details. Please note that this may take some time if your payment is undergoing review.

If you do not receive the email, kindly check your spam or junk folder, or contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.

Orders cannot be amended once placed. However, you may self-cancel your order within:

All orders are fulfilled based on available stock. If a product does not pass our quality checks or is out of stock, your order will be processed with the remaining item(s). Unavailable item(s) will be refunded accordingly.
