Account & Privileges
Having an account with PEDROSHOES.COM will speed up the checkout process and allow you to keep track of your orders. You can sign up for an account before shopping or create one before you proceed to checkout.
You also have the option to shop through guest checkout. However, your information will not be stored and you will not be able to check or make amendments to your order if you have opted for guest checkout. If you change your mind, you can still create an account after placing your order using your current details.
By creating an account, you will be able to:
- Checkout faster by saving your address in your Address Book
- View your order status and history under My Purchases & Returns
- Save your favourite items in your Wishlist
- Receive the latest news on Promotions, New Arrivals and Online Exclusives
Head on over to the Sign In page and fill in your particulars under Create An Account.
1. Head to the Sign In page and enter your email address under Forgot Password. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
2. To change your password, sign into your account, head to My Account and then to My Profile page.
Sign in to your account, head to My Account and then to My Profile. You can then edit/update your particulars.
Sign in to your account, head to My Account and then to Address Book. You can then edit/update your billing and shipping addresses and save them for future orders.
PEDRO PRIVILEGE MEMBERSHIP
1. To join us as a member, all you need to do is to make a purchase at either PEDROSHOES.COM (Singapore site) with a registered account or at one of our PEDRO retail stores in Singapore.
2. You are entitled to a Silver membership if you purchase anything below S$250. If you purchase S$250 and above of PEDRO products in a single receipt, you are entitled to a Platinum membership.
3. For a Silver member to become a Platinum member, you can either make a one-time purchase of S$250 and above, or accumulate purchases up to a total value of S$500 within a year. You can make your purchases either in-store or online to be eligible for this upgrade. Your transition from Silver to Platinum membership will be automatically activated.
Your membership is non-transferable and valid only for registered customers. Without prejudice to any action, misuse and/or abuse of privileges will result in the termination of membership by PEDRO. PEDRO reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of its programme without prior notice. The decision of PEDRO shall be final and binding in the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with transactions made with membership privileges.

Once you become a PEDRO privilege member, you will automatically enjoy the privileges at your next purchase when you shop with your online account at PEDROSHOES.com (Singapore site). A confirmation notification will be sent to your email address to inform you about your privilege membership status before you can start to enjoy your member privileges when you shop at both PEDRO stores in Singapore and online at PEDROSHOES.COM (Singapore deliveries only)

The member privileges will not be available until a confirmation email has been sent to your registered email address, to inform you about your membership status before you may enjoy your privileges.
Member privileges are only valid in the location where the privilege membership has been registered. Memberships registered through PEDRO Singapore retail stores and online at PEDROSHOES.com (Singapore site) are valid only for purchases made within Singapore.
Selected promo codes can be used for both online & in-store purchases. Usage of the promocode will be stated in the email. For online, use your promo code at the checkout page and make sure you’ve signed into your account when making your online purchase. You can flash your email in store for any assistance.
No, your privilege membership will not expire.

2. Member privileges are only valid in the location where the privilege membership has been registered. Memberships registered through PEDRO Singapore retail stores and online at PEDROSHOES.com (Singapore site) are valid only for purchases made within Singapore.
3. Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the registered customer.
4. Privileges are not applicable for the purchase of gift vouchers, special project items or sale and promotional items, unless otherwise stated.
5. PEDRO reserves the right to suspend membership account and/or perks associated, should account be identified as a duplicated account, or suspected of use for commercial purposes without prior notification.
6. Without prejudice to any action, misuse and/or abuse of privileges will result in termination of membership by PEDRO.
7. The decision of PEDRO shall be final and binding in the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with transactions made with membership privileges.
